Every year in the month of October the managing committee shall give notice in writing to all ordinary members and demand payment of the yearly subscription for the next year. All ordinary members shall pay the said subscription on or before 28th February. Any member who has not paid the subscription as stated above on or before 28th of February shall cease to be a member of the club from the next year without any further intimation by the managing committee to such member.
Membership Subscription rate for Boys and Girls below 16 years (Born on or after 1-1-2005).
NR Members renewals is subject to proof of residence alongwith application.
Cheque payment subject to realisation. ID Card & Membership will be renewed on realisation of cheque. If cheque is dishonored by bank for any reason membership will be cancelled automatically.
A Receipt issued is valid, if it bears computerised print of this Trust or the manual receipt with signature of the authorised official of the Trust.
Members who are 65 years of age (completed) and above as on 1st January, 2021 (Born on or before 31-12-1955) shall be entitled to concession to the extent of 50% in payment of the subscription & other fees.
Misdeclaration by any member will be viewed very seriously.
